Implementation Support
Negley, Ott & Associates, Inc. (NOA) has provided project management and
technical advice to over half of our clients. These activities take the form of our
involvement as support staff for live transitions, our role as project manager, or our
acting as the lead analyst for individual department/module initiatives. All of these
activities occur with NOA working in conjunction with hospital IS staff to make sure that
there is real time product and process knowledge transfer so that at the end of the
engagement the client is not left with an installed product and no one who knows how to
maintain it.
Our clinical consultants have an average of eighteen years of
combined clinical and computing experience and can offer solutions in real time to
problems encountered during a live transition. Our clinical focus also insures that
our solutions maximize quality while minimizing impact on the delivery of care.
