The following services are just an
example of how NOA can be leveraged to augment software vendor resources and
services in order to strengthen the installation experience and help client
sites achieve the greatest return-on-investment in conjunction with a
system implementation:
Implementing a CPR is much more than just installing
software. There must be global planning to address the scope of what
will be impacted in an organization including issues involving organizational
structure, team composition and roles or responsibilities, which will be needed
both pre and post go-live. It is important to understand up front what
areas the CPR will touch. NOA can offer educationally-based consulting
services to help clients fully understand the best practices model early on in
order to plan staffing, budgeting and responsibilities.
Although clients are trained as part of the installation
process, it is often difficult for them to retain all the information covered in
classes. This is particularly crucial relative to the ROI expected based
on how the system is supposed to be used at the client site. This includes
multiple areas of focus such as operational efficiencies, patient safety,
etc. NOA recognizes that much of what is planned may get lost as part of
the "information overload" for a pre-live effort. We can offer
operational analysis for identified deficiencies in how the system is being
utilized and develop a customized education campaign to help
clients achieve the desired operational improvements.
Unless a client site organization recognizes the need to
dedicate in-house resources to supporting and maintaining a CPR system, it will
be difficult for them to achieve greater ROI or
even retain already achieved operational improvements. NOA is prepared to
offer post-live system maintenance support for client sites in the arena of:
