NOA is prepared to offer post-live system maintenance support for our clients in the following arenas:

 
  • Remote Support - When you need the answer now, and it needs to be correct, call on NOA Instead of waiting for weeks to get the answer back, clients use NOA support to quickly get the right answer, and the alternatives.

  • On-line Support System Access - Our clients now have 24 hours a day 7 days a week access to the status of any current issues that have been brought to the attention of NOA. Clients can also make new requests for the various services we offer.

  • Help Desk - NOA provides help desk support 9-5pm EST for our customers in the areas of database development and project management.
