Unless a client site organization recognizes the need to dedicate in-house resources to supporting and maintaining a CPR system, it will be difficult for that organization to achieve greater return on investment (ROI) or even retain already achieved operational improvements. 

NOA is prepared to offer post-live system maintenance support for our clients in the following arenas:

 
  • Remote Support - When you need the answer now, and it needs to be correct, call on NOA >Instead of waiting for weeks to get the answer back, clients use NOA support to quickly get the right answer, and the alternatives.
  • On-line Support System Access - Our clients now have 24 hours a day 7 days a week access to the status of any current issues that have been brought to the attention of NOA. Clients can also make new requests for the various services we offer.
  • Help Desk - NOA provides help desk support 9-5pm EST for our customers in the areas of database development and project management.
