Enters Into Strategic Agreement with Quadramed Corporation |

Negley, Ott & Associates, Inc. (NOA),
clinical systems consultants and Quadramed
Corporation®,
entered into a strategic agreement for NOA to perform implementation
consulting and support services for Quadramed® on the QCPR® clinical
system product line. This agreement represents a strategic
initiative to allow NOA’s clinical system expertise in improving care
delivery workflow processes using best demonstrated practices to be
leveraged in this new product line. Under the terms of the
agreement, Quadramed will utilize NOA consultants to augment QCPR teams
during assignment to Quadramed customer implementation projects.

NOA has begun the preliminary discussions
with Quadramed leadership to begin the process for planning how to
maximize the benefits of this relationship, said Rod Walker, FACHE,
FHFMA. Rod is a partner and chief operating officer of NOA.
