NOA consultant supports activation and deployment of Eclipsys Sunrise Critical Care™ implementation at Catholic Medical Center

October 2007 – NOA’s Pelvia Woods, RN of NEGLEY, OTT & ASSOCIATES, INC. was previously selected to provide design expertise and support during the design and development phase for implementing automated clinical documentation and Eclipsys Sunrise Knowledge-Based Charting™ at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH.  In October 2007, CMC activated clinical documentation applications house wide by deploying vital signs and I & O flowsheets on all patient-care areas.  The activation was a huge success and NOA’s Pelvia Woods, RN, provided on-site consulting support during the activation.  Per Pelvia, this initial activation was only for vital signs and I & O; additional clinical documentation and KBC are on track for activation in January 2008. 

NOA consulting support at Catholic Medical Center was through a sub-contracting agreement with Eclipsys Corporation.

NEGLEY, OTT & ASSOCIATES, INC. is a clinical systems consulting company with certification on multiple CPR systems and is rapidly moving forward towards aligning with Eclipsys Corporation, (NASDAQ: ECLP) as a business partner for implementation consulting and support with the Sunrise Clinical Manager product line. The business partner agreement between NOA and Eclipsys represents a strategic initiative which will leverage NOA’s clinical system expertise in improving care delivery workflow processes by using best demonstrated practices.
