Enters Into Strategic Agreement with ACS Healthcare Solutions |

Negley, Ott & Associates, Inc. (NOA),
clinical systems consultants and ACS Healthcare
Solutions, entered into a strategic agreement effective for
January 2008 in order for NOA to perform technical consulting and
support services for ACS on the Quadramed-CPR™ System. This
agreement represents a strategic initiative to augment ACS’s project
teams with NOA’s clinical system expertise in this product line for
improving care delivery workflow processes using best demonstrated
practices.
