NOA provides staff augmentation consulting support to Phoenix Children’s
Hospital in order to enable hospital based analysts to advance their
project for upgrading the system. |
|
November 2006 –
Phoenix Children’s Hospital project
team advanced their planned system upgrade for Sunrise Clinical Manager™
as they prepare for the upgrade in mid-December 2006. As a mature
installation site, they were able to escalate their upgrade initiatives
via leveraging NOA’s Pelvia Woods, RN and
Jeanie Eckmann, MT (ASCP) who were assigned to the hospital
project in a staff augmentation capacity. This consulting
engagement allows the project team based at Phoenix to escalate their
learning curve and deliverables for the upgrade project through
leveraging advanced knowledge and skills on the product from NOA’s
consultants.
In September, NOA was selected to provide
clinical systems consulting support to Phoenix
Children’s Hospital. The scope of the engagement
involved performing detailed analysis of existing configuration in order
to help identify improvements for leveraging the Sunrise Clinical
Manager™ system. This engagement also involved providing support
as a member of the project team in a staff augmentation capacity in
order to facilitate in the transfer of knowledge and
best-demonstrated-practices to the hospital’s internal project team.
