NOA Provides Continued Support to Eclipsys Customer Service Help Desk

August, 2004 – During the month of August 2004 NOA’s Jeanie Eckman, MT (ASCP) and Joe Barone, MT (ASCP), of NEGLEY, OTT & ASSOCIATES, INC. provided continued virtual help desk consulting support to Eclipsys Corporation in support of multiple customer site go-live activations involving the newest software release for Sunrise Clinical Manager 3.5 XA.  Subsequent to achieving advanced configuration certification from Eclipsys Corporation on the Sunrise Clinical Manager XA system NOA was engaged to participate in the virtual help desk project in order to ensure the highest levels of customer support responsiveness during the activation periods.  As a sub-contracting consultant resource, NOA supported the Eclipsys installation personnel at customer sites by researching configuration issues in order to minimize resolution turn around times.  Congratulations to the Eclipsys Corporation for the successful activations in August and continued success at demonstrating the highest commitment to quality and customer service.
