Supports Eclipsys Customer Service Help Desk |

During the month of July 2004
NOA’s Jeanie Eckman, MT (ASCP) and Rod Walker,
FACHE, FHFMA, of NEGLEY, OTT & ASSOCIATES, INC.
participated in providing extended help desk consulting services to
Eclipsys Corporation in support of multiple customer site go-live
activations involving the newest software release for Sunrise Clinical
Manager 3.5 XA. Subsequent to achieving advanced configuration
certification from Eclipsys Corporation on the SunriseXA CPR system, NOA
was engaged to participate in the virtual help desk project in order to
ensure the highest levels of customer support responsiveness during the
activation periods. As a sub-contracting consultant resource, NOA
supported the Eclipsys installation personnel at customer sites by
researching configuration issues in order to minimize resolution turn
around times. Congratulations to the Eclipsys Corporation for the
successful activations in July and continued success at demonstrating
the highest commitment to quality and customer service.
NEGLEY, OTT &
ASSOCIATES, INC. is a clinical systems consulting company
with certification on multiple CPR systems and is rapidly moving forward
towards aligning with the Eclipsys Corporation®, (NASDAQ:
