M.D. ANDERSON CANCER CENTER

In July 2003, several members of NOA’s consultant staff supported M. D. Anderson’s deployment of Ulticare® / Patient1® / Vista / Misys CPR™ / Misys CPOE™ on multiple inpatient nursing units as part of the M. D. Anderson support team for end users.

 

The implementation included

  • order entry for vital signs,

  • staff assignments and

  • queue management for both work queues and review queues.

The go-live was a very successful event and demonstrates M. D. Anderson’s continued commitment to quality of patient care by using the Ulticare® / Patient1® / Vista / Misys CPR™ / Misys CPOE™ integrated electronic health record.
