Enters Into Strategic Agreement with Eclipsys Corporation |

Negley, Ott & Associates, Inc. (NOA),
clinical systems consultants and Eclipsys
Corporation®, (NASDAQ: ECLP), The Outcomes Company®,
entered into a strategic agreement for NOA to perform implementation
consulting and support services for Eclipsys® on the SunriseXA® clinical
system product line. This agreement represents a strategic initiative to
allow NOA’s clinical system expertise in improving care delivery
workflow processes using best demonstrated practices to be leveraged
in this new product line. Under the terms of the agreement, Eclipsys
will offer certification training to NOA for the SunriseXA product line
as well as assignment to Eclipsys customer implementation projects.

NOA will begin the certification training process by sending Rod Walker,
FACHE, FHFMA and Cynthia Herold, MT(ASCP) to the initial course offering
in conjunction with the recently executed agreement. Rod is a partner
and chief operating officer and Cynthia is a managing consultant with
NOA. Negley, Ott & Associates, Inc. is pleased with this arrangement and
looks forward to a long and productive business relationship with
Eclipsys Corporation®. |
