(NOA), clinical systems consultants and AMSADOR, Ltd., a business continuity planning and information security company, entered into a strategic alliance in order to join forces for joint efforts towards performing information security assessments and audits amongst customer sites. This agreement represents a strategic initiative to allow NOA’s clinical system expertise as well as best demonstrated practices consulting to be augmented with AMSADOR, Ltd.’s 20 years of experience in information management. Under the new alliance arrangement, representatives of both NOA and AMSADOR will jointly provide both technical and policy/procedure assessments within customer sites in order to identify means of improving operational and technical practices for mitigating risks of breach on security and privacy matters.
