Pharmacy Module.
Queens Hospital Center, a 200+ bed facility located in
Jamaica Queens New York City and part of the New York City Health and
Hospital Corporation recently implemented the Inpatient Pharmacy module from
Per-Se' Technologies (former owner of
Ulticare® / Patient1® /
Vista / Misys CPR™ / Misys CPOE™).
Prior to the conversion to
Ulticare® /
Patient1® / Vista / Misys CPR™ / Misys CPOE™,
the pharmacy department used a stand-alone system which did not offer
the required level of integration for patient safety, etc. The
implementation involved NOA's consultants and QHN's 30 pharmacists plus
pharmacy administrative personnel and included the following
