Process and Workflow Audits - Although clients are trained as part of the installation process, it is often difficult for them to retain all the information covered in classes.  This is particularly crucial relative to ROI expected benefits based on how the system is supposed to be used at the client site.  This includes multiple areas of focus such as operational efficiencies, patient safety, etc. 

NOA recognizes that much of what is planned may get lost as part of the "information overload" for a pre-live effort.
